The safe disposal of waste tires has been seen as having a negative impact on the environment. To mitigate this impact, components can be used in production green concrete. This study explores effects curing and drying regime mechanical properties permeation characteristics concrete containing both crumbed rubber steel fibers that are removed from tires. Five mixes were designed, cubes, cylinders, prisms cast using extracts. Crumb was treated by submersion sodium hydroxide then to partially replace 10% 30% fine aggregates mix.
